This policy describes the information FurnaceFox may handle when someone uses the site or calls a number shown here. This site does not use contact forms or user accounts, and the number shown is a placeholder until live call routing is set up.

Information we may collect
Once a live call-routing number is connected, we and the participating routing or service providers may receive information tied to the call. That can include the caller’s phone number, the time and length of the call, routing data, an approximate service area, and any property or heating details the caller chooses to share.
Where the law allows it, calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, compliance, dispute handling, and service improvement. Any legally required notice should be given before recording starts. Do not share a Social Security number, payment-card information, or other unrelated sensitive data through this site.
How information may be used
- To route an inquiry to an independent heating or HVAC provider that may serve the requested area.
- To operate, troubleshoot and improve call routing, website performance and consumer experience.

Affiliate disclosure
FurnaceFox markets and routes service inquiries; it is not the heating contractor that performs the work. We may be paid when a visitor calls a tracking number or connects with a participating provider. Callers should still compare options, verify the provider, and review the price before approving service.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: for example, which pages are visited and whether call buttons are tapped. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device, browser, approximate location, and usage data, handled under Google’s own privacy policy. Our call-tracking provider may log the number dialed, call time, duration, and routing data when you place a call through a tracking number on this site. This site has no accounts or logins, so no account data is collected. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can block cookies in your browser settings (some site features may not work as well).
Data retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for routing, reporting, compliance, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet or telephone system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to call or provide optional details. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To make such a request, call the number shown on this site and mention it is a privacy request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking home-service information. It is not directed to children under 13, and personal information from children is not knowingly requested.
