Independent providers
FurnaceFox does not perform heating work. All inspection, diagnosis, scheduling, pricing, repair, maintenance, installation, and other work is performed solely by independent providers. Those providers set their own terms, prices, warranties, and service policies. Review and accept the provider’s terms directly before work begins.
Call recording
Calls placed through numbers listed on this site may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance by FurnaceFox, its call-routing partners, or the independent provider who answers. By calling, you agree to such recording or monitoring where the law allows it.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee professional availability, arrival times, pricing, diagnoses, workmanship, or outcomes. Service coverage and timing can change based on location, weather, demand, equipment, and provider capacity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, FurnaceFox is not liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on site content, an unavailable connection, or the acts, omissions, pricing, recommendations, or work of an independent provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
